Lemon Ginger Honey

After one more cancelation and one more unexpected overnight stay in Auckland instead of Wellington, finally three days later I arrived. Things could have been worse, I could have been stranded at the various airports unable to get good rest and forced to stay at the airports. Anyway.. I'm here and the weather feels great! Strange to think at the start of this trip I was driving through a white-out blizzard. Luckily it's the beginning of summer here!! Whoooooohooooo! Very excited about that. I guess it's more of a shot my feet and some ocean...oh well. Good thing I recently had a pedicure. ha.
Something I absolutely love about this place so far is, every coffee shop I've been in has hot Lemon Ginger Honey. Even at the airport! Mmmmmmmm.
