New Site!

As you can see i'm working on creating a new site!  Hope you like it.  I owe a big ole thanks and hugs to Chris Wardman.... the master genius!  Yes. you can see more of his glorious creations at www.chriswardman.com.  Well Thanksgiving is over and my belly is still being filled everyday with yummy leftovers.  There's nothing like a Vegan/Vegetarian Raw Thanksgiving feast to get you in the holiday spirits! Ok... well hopefully due to the new website layout I will be updating way more often with my random thoughts and stories.

Pink Tool Belt is at it again!!!

Ok, so this last summer i had this idea to create some wall partitions in these two rooms. But, like i'm sure most of you know SHEETROCK is a pain in the ASS, and it's heavy as hell... So. I came up with a solution both structurally and aesthetically, well i think so anyway. I started out planing down 2x12 pine boards... a LOT of them. It still wasn't as hard as carrying around 4x8 sheets of sheetrock, and much prettier i might say. So once they were planned, sanded and varnished they were built into modern looking shelf-walls. :)

Something new today!

So... while i'm working on the details of the Roy painting... I started something new. Hopefully you can guess who it is!!

Painting progress!

So.. yesterday i was feeling a little under the weather and i didn't work on the painting but this evening i worked on the guitar a bit. There's even some shots of me in action... not much action but a little. So, until tomorrow.... here you go!

Painting is fun..

Ok so I really wouldn't call myself a painter, but I would call myself an artist. I've never really painted much but i think i might be on a painting kick. Here's my progress on painting number 1 I'm a day and a half into it. I like it so far. :) In fact... i think i love it. And... I can't wait to finish it!
